Alasdair Scott

Designer
Alasdair Scott is a Senior Research Fellow and Product Design Consultant within the Design Unit. With a background in product design, Alasdair has implemented his knowledge in a range of enterprises, including the catering equipment and textiles industries. He has also developed an expertise in the field of design for Additive Manufacture, where he has provided research into novel applications of the technology. This focused on improving the speed of development and sustainability attributes. Alasdair also specialises in electromechanical design and the technical challenges of product innovation.
